Remember that your photo will be analyzed, and a simulated embossing will be returned for your confirmation. Following these guidelines will help ensure the best visual appearance for your engraving.
1. High Contrast and Clear Subject:
- Opt for a well-defined picture with high contrast.
- Similar brightness levels will blend well, regardless of color differences.
2. Good Lighting and Balance:
- Avoid extreme lighting effects, glare, or heavy shadows.
- These factors can cause large height variations and result in poor embossing.
3. Simplicity Is Key:
- While more complex and detailed photos may work, simplicity often yields better results.
- Hectic pictures with sharp transitions may appear less defined.
4. Simple Background:
- Consider a clean background (typically for removal).
- A noisy background, while not critical, may decrease the probability of a favorable outcome.

- Select your preferred thickness: approximately 1/4″ or Extra Thick at around 3/4″.
